Welcome to ANC Meet ("the App", "we", "us"). These Terms of Service (which also constitute the End User License Agreement, EULA) form an agreement between you and us regarding your use of the App.
By registering, signing in, or otherwise using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. The Service
ANC Meet is a cross-platform (web, desktop, mobile) real-time video meeting product offering room creation, meeting join, real-time audio/video communication, text chat, and screen sharing.
We may adjust, add, or discontinue features from time to time, with reasonable notice for material changes.
2. Accounts and Responsibility
- You are responsible for all activity under your account and for safeguarding your credentials;
- You agree to provide true and accurate registration information;
- You must not transfer, sell, or allow impersonated use of your account.
3. Code of Conduct
When using the App, you must not post, transmit, or engage in:
- Illegal, violent, pornographic, threatening, harassing, hateful, or discriminatory content;
- Content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, or other lawful rights of others;
- Spam, fraud, pyramid schemes, or malicious promotion;
- Interfering with or disrupting the service, or attempting unauthorized access to systems;
- Impersonating others or misrepresenting your identity.
4. Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content and Abusive Behavior
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behavior.
The App provides real-time reporting and blocking: any user can report an offending participant during a meeting and immediately block them (muting their audio/video, chat, and interactions).
We review reports promptly (typically within 24 hours), remove offending content, and take action against offending users ranging from warnings, feature restrictions, and removal from a meeting, up to account suspension.
Users who submit or transmit objectionable content, or who abuse or harass others through the App, will have their service terminated.
5. Subscriptions, Billing, and Donations
- Some features require a subscription; fees, billing cycles, and entitlements are as shown on the checkout page;
- Donations are voluntary and governed by the in-app notices;
- Except where required by law or otherwise committed by us, paid fees are generally non-refundable.
6. Intellectual Property
The intellectual property in the App and its software, trademarks, interface, and content belongs to us or the respective rights holders. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or use it commercially without permission.
You are responsible for content you upload or transmit and warrant that you hold the necessary lawful rights.
7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the App.
8. Termination
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. If you violate these Terms, we may suspend or terminate the service to you.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via in-app notice or on this page; your continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
