1. Information We Collect

We collect only the information necessary to provide the service:

• Account information: the email address, display name, and avatar you provide when registering or signing in.
• Meeting information: the names, addresses, and your participant role for rooms you create or join.
• Usage and device information: sign-in time, device model, OS version, app version, and IP address, used for security and service improvement.
• Donation information: when you donate, payment is handled by a third-party payment provider; we do not store your full card or payment credentials.
• Refund information: when you ask for a refund of your legacy balance, the payout details you give us in the ticket or by email, used only to process that refund.

We do not retain real-time meeting audio/video on our servers; media is relayed in real time over encrypted channels and is not recorded unless you explicitly enable recording.

2. How We Use Information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the video meeting service;
• To verify identity and safeguard account and meeting security against abuse and fraud;
• To process donations, and donation or refund requests for legacy balances;
• To communicate with you when you contact support or submit feedback;
• To comply with applicable laws and regulations.

3. Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, except:

• With your explicit consent;
• Providing necessary transaction data to third-party payment providers to complete payments;
• Transmitting necessary connection data to our real-time communication infrastructure providers to deliver live audio/video;
• Where required by law or by a lawful request from judicial or administrative authorities.

4. Storage and Security

We apply industry-standard safeguards to protect your personal information, including encryption in transit (TLS), access controls, and data minimization.

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy; beyond that period, data is deleted or anonymized.

5. Your Rights

• Access and correction: you can view and edit your account information in the App;
• Account deletion: you can delete your account in the App; we will delete or anonymize your personal information as required by law;
• Withdraw consent: you can withdraw consent by ceasing use or deleting your account.

6. Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children; if we discover such collection, we will delete it promptly.

7. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced via in-app notice or on this page. Please review it periodically for the latest version.

8. Hymn Video Publisher and YouTube API Services

Hymn Video Publisher is an internal publishing tool operated by ANC (All Nation Connect). It uploads and schedules videos on YouTube channels that ANC owns or manages. It is not offered to the public and has no end-user accounts.

Use of YouTube API Services. Hymn Video Publisher uses YouTube API Services to upload videos, set their title, description, tags, privacy status and scheduled publication time, and to read back the status of videos it uploaded. By using Hymn Video Publisher, the channel owner agrees to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms). Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy (http://www.google.com/policies/privacy).

Information we access and store. When a channel owner authorises the tool, we receive and store:

• an OAuth access token and refresh token for that channel, stored on our own server, readable only by the service account that runs the tool;
• the channel's ID and title;
• for each video the tool uploads: the YouTube video ID, its privacy status and its scheduled publication time.

We do not access, collect or store viewers' data, comments, subscriber lists, watch history, analytics or any other YouTube user's personal information.

How we use it. Only to upload, schedule and, when necessary, set to private the videos of the authorised channel. We do not use this information for advertising, profiling or any other purpose.

Sharing. We do not sell, rent or share this information with any third party. It is sent only to Google/YouTube through the YouTube API Services.

Cookies and similar technologies. Hymn Video Publisher runs on our server and does not place cookies or collect information from any user's device or browser.

Retention and deletion. Tokens are kept until authorisation is revoked or the channel is removed from the tool, and are then deleted. Video IDs and publication records are kept as an operating log. To have stored data deleted, contact us at support@allnationconnect.com; we delete it within 30 days.

Revoking access. The channel owner can revoke the tool's access at any time on the Google security settings page: https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions. After revocation the tool can no longer act on the channel.

9. Live Support Chat

When you use the live support chat on this site, the chat record (the messages you send, any email address you provide, and the page you started from) is stored on our servers.

• Chat records not linked to an account are deleted after 180 days;
• Chat records linked to an account are deleted together with the account;
• Our staff view and reply to chats through Slack, a third-party service, so chat content is transmitted to Slack.
